Website Services (Offers)

All website services are non-refundable once work has begun or access has been provided.

Due to the nature of digital services and time-based work, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges after purchase.

Maintenance Plans

All maintenance plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable.

You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.

Webflow App

The Webflow app is provided as-is and free for use in Webflow projects.

No refunds or returns apply, as this is not a paid product.

We do not guarantee compatibility with all Webflow setups or third-party scripts.

Printful Products (for example hoodies and shirts)

Returns and exchanges for physical items are handled directly by Printful.

Please review their return policy at printful.com/policies/returns.

Crystal Lewis does not manage replacements, sizing issues, or damaged item claims.

Shipping for Returns

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a refund is granted, return shipping may be deducted from the total.

For returns over $75, use a trackable shipping service or insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
