A clean migration from WordPress to Webflow — faster, easier to manage, and built to scale.
I rebuilt the entire site in Webflow using Figma designs provided by the designer, while also improving structure and performance across the board:
- Refined layout structure to improve mobile responsiveness and user experience.
- Added custom animations to boost user engagement and create smooth visual flow.
- Optimized page speed, improving Lighthouse scores from red to green on both mobile and desktop.
- Built and connected a full CMS to support dynamic content like blog posts and updates.
- Fixed broken URLs indexed by Google and implemented proper 301 redirects for SEO.
- Integrated Google Analytics & Tag Manager for real-time performance tracking.
- Configured domain and email setup for smooth client communication.
- Trained the client on Webflow Editor, enabling them to confidently update their content.
- Continue to provide ongoing maintenance and support post-launch.
